This year’s show commemorates the end of hostilities during WW2. The two day event is held over a 60 acre site, providing historical societies & re-enactments through various forces from several era's and theatres during the period of 1939-45. From Airmen to Infantry, the Victory Show 2009 opens a window in time to the fabulous 1940's.

Special for this year:
>> For the first time ever at the Victory Show the "Avro Vulcan" with be performing a “bombing run”.
Our professional pyrotechnic crew will be spectacularly choreographing all the explosions – awesome sight not to be missed!!

>> LOROS raffle 1st prize is £10,000 of Next vouchers (yes that is ten thousand pounds worth!) the draw will take place on Sunday 6th Sept at the show. Plus many many more prizes to be won.

>> We are happy to announce that South Wigston based film and multimedia company SinVision, will be filming and producing the official DVD of this year’s show priced at only £10.00 inc pnp (only 500 will be produced).

Step back over 60 years in time with a host of high quality re-enactment & historical societies showing the lives of the participants of the conflict in foreign theatres and the home front. With the largest collection of period military vehicles in the Midlands you can really absorb the spirit of the 40's.
